In addition, our expertise includes handling overweight citations and other commercial vehicle permit violations. There is no charge for the initial consultation in these cases.
Business Law And Organization
The firm provides assistance in all areas of business law, from organization to advice and planning to complex financial transactions, sales or acquisitions.
Elder Law
We specialize in counseling and representing seniors, the disabled, their families and their advocates about healthcare and long-term care planning, public benefits, surrogate decision making, legal capacity, and the disposition and administration of estates.
Contract Law
Contracts document the terms of an agreement between two parties—they are the heart of every transaction, whether between business or individuals—and a well-drafted contract can make all the difference down the road if there is a dispute between the parties. Whether you are starting a business, buying land, lending money, starting a new job or selling an old car, you need an experienced law firm that can help you negotiate and draft your agreement so that your rights and interests are protected.
Wrongful Death/Auto Accidents/Personal Injury
We specialize in navigating the challenges of dealing with the insurance companies and we have the experience to handle any lawsuits, if such suits become necessary. The insurance company is not on your side and you should not trust its adjuster’s assurances regarding which party is at fault or the value of your case. You need an experienced attorney to guide you through the process from start to finish and we are here to help you. There is no charge for the initial consultation in these cases.

The purchase of your new home will receive individual attention from our expert attorneys so that the only thing you have to worry about is where the couch will go.
