Our Services

Our team is comprised of experienced attorneys with a diverse array of specialties.

Commercial Real Estate

Commercial real estate transactions are complex and you need a law firm that can help you spot issues before they arise and protect your interests. Clark & Bradshaw has over seventy years of experience guiding property owners, investors, developers and tenants through every aspect of a commercial real estate transaction. Whether you are obtaining financing, negotiating the contract, developing relationships with contractors and architects, or working with local zoning officials, lenders or investors—we know what to do.

Wills And Estate Planning

From simple wills to complex trusts and tax planning options, we offer a full range of estate planning tools.

Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights

We are experts on bankruptcy proceedings and litigation representing all creditors in all aspects of all chapters.

Commercial Litigation

Our experience in commercial litigation encompasses state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation forums, breach of contract, the Uniform Commercial Code, and all commercial issues from the formation to termination of litigation.

Traffic

Our firm has over twenty years of experience handling charges of DUI, Reckless Driving, Accident/Failure to Yield, Speeding and numerous other traffic offenses. In addition, our expertise includes handling overweight citations and other commercial vehicle permit violations. There is no charge for the initial consultation in these cases.

Business Law And Organization

The firm provides assistance in all areas of business law, from organization to advice and planning to complex financial transactions, sales or acquisitions.

Elder Law

We specialize in counseling and representing seniors, the disabled, their families and their advocates about healthcare and long-term care planning, public benefits, surrogate decision making, legal capacity, and the disposition and administration of estates.

Contract Law

Contracts document the terms of an agreement between two parties—they are the heart of every transaction, whether between business or individuals—and a well-drafted contract can make all the difference down the road if there is a dispute between the parties. Whether you are starting a business, buying land, lending money, starting a new job or selling an old car, you need an experienced law firm that can help you negotiate and draft your agreement so that your rights and interests are protected.

Wrongful Death/Auto Accidents/Personal Injury

We specialize in navigating the challenges of dealing with the insurance companies and we have the experience to handle any lawsuits, if such suits become necessary. The insurance company is not on your side and you should not trust its adjuster’s assurances regarding which party is at fault or the value of your case. You need an experienced attorney to guide you through the process from start to finish and we are here to help you. There is no charge for the initial consultation in these cases.

Residential Real Estate

For most people, your home is the biggest purchase you will ever make and having a licensed attorney guide you through the process is the best investment you can make. From our in-house title examiners with decades of experience to our attorneys that can spot, and resolve, issues before they arise, Clark & Bradshaw’s residential real estate department is second to none in the Valley. The purchase of your new home will receive individual attention from our expert attorneys so that the only thing you have to worry about is where the couch will go.

Land Use And Zoning

We offer substantial experience regarding land use and zoning practices, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional use and development in the Valley.

Construction And Real Estate Litigation

Our expertise includes drafting, reviewing, and modifying real estate and construction contracts; land use and zoning litigation; eminent domain issues; construction litigation and arbitration; payment and performance bond obligations; and defaults and remedies.

Guardianship/Conservatorship

Clark & Bradshaw, P.C. represents those who wish to petition the Circuit Court to be the guardian or conservator of someone who cannot make their own medical or financial decisions, but who does not have a General Power of Attorney or Advance Medical Directive, and does not have the capacity to sign one.  We can also advise on borderline situations in which an individual has diminishing capacity.  Clark & Bradshaw, P.C. also has attorneys qualified to serve as Guardian ad litem in Guardianship and Conservatorship proceedings.

Meet Our Team

The members of our firm are highly qualified in numerous areas of the law. While one attorney may be a client’s primary counsel, expert help in other areas of the law is always available. We encourage clients to call on any member of the firm when in need of legal services.
