David C. Nahm focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation. He regularly represents families purchasing their first homes, corporations selling commercial buildings and developers creating new housing developments. A former member of the Harrisonburg Board of Zoning Appeals, Mr. Nahm has extensive experience navigating issues related to zoning and subdivision. In addition to residential and commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Nahm has represented clients in both State and Federal Court in the Commonwealth of Virginia on a wide variety of topics including partition suits, mechanic’s liens, breach of contract, and elder law and estate issues.
