Since joining the firm in 1995, Mr. Rhea has assisted clients on a wide range of land use and development matters, from zoning and entitlement, acquisition, lease and financing of properties in the Shenandoah Valley. His practice experience encompasses resort and time-share development, lodging, petroleum distribution and convenience stores, large student housing projects and other multifamily properties, commercial leasing and retail centers, and ground leasing. As legal counsel for the local Association of Realtors and having worked closely with Valley localities on land use policy implementation, Mr. Rhea has unique knowledge and practical experience in helping clients to identify, evaluate, acquire and successfully operate or sell properties and solve complex land use issues.
