Kevin was born and raised in Bedford County, just outside of Lynchburg, Virginia. He studied international relations at Liberty University, then spent three years as an Intelligence Analyst with the United States Army before attending law school at the University of Richmond. After graduating law school, he began his legal career in Richmond, at a real estate litigation firm.
Mr. Wheeler represents clients involved in civil litigation generally, with particular focus on business, construction, landlord/tenant, real estate, and estate administration matters. In addition to civil litigation, he also assists clients with business formation, contracts, foreclosures, and local government.
