Kevin was born and raised in Bedford County, just outside of Lynchburg, Virginia.  Kevin worked as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Government for three years prior to attending law school at the University of Richmond and graduating from there in May 2020.  

After gaining experience from both the Hanover County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as a third-year practitioner while in law school, and as a Conflicts Analyst at a large international firm, he began his legal career working at a real estate law firm in Richmond and has been practicing law in Harrisonburg at Clark & Bradshaw since late 2022. 

Kevin focuses on civil litigation generally, especially regarding:  real estate matters, estate administration litigation, local government law, foreclosures, and contracts.
